The injections themselves are performed using ultra-fine needles, and topical anaesthetic cream is typically not required due to minimal discomfort. Our practitioners prioritise your comfort and safety, utilising a skin cooling device to numb the area and ensure a pain-free experience. Results typically begin to appear within 4-14 days post-treatment, with effects lasting for 3-4 months before gradually fading. To maintain your results, we recommend scheduling maintenance treatments as needed, and our team will provide detailed aftercare instructions to maximise the benefits of your treatment while minimising any potential side effects.

After your anti-aging injection treatment at Xilah Beauty & Aesthetics, you can resume your normal activities immediately. However, it's advised to avoid strenuous exercise for 4 hours post-treatment and refrain from massaging the treated area for 24 hours. While it's safe to fly after the treatment, we recommend waiting at least 48 hours before flying long haul. Our practitioners will review any aftercare advice with you to ensure optimal results and help you avoid any undesirable side effects. Regular follow-up appointments are generally not required for subsequent treatments, but we encourage you to attend a review 2-3 weeks after your first treatment to assess your progress and address any concerns.   I went to the salon today ,expecting to have my hair shorter and fringe done. The hairdresser convinced me i didn't need my hair shorter and managed to just thined my hair wash and blow dry  and I had to ask them to straighten my hair which was done only from the front of my hair , awful experience,  offered me a  drink and then said I had already had one which the empty bottle a previous person left  😅 .hope they sort out how they should treat customers more better and listen more.
